It's naughty, it's haughty, it's...banned at Exotic Erotic!
Yale College regulations require that a member of Yale's law enforcement community be present at any party sponsored by a college. And what fun those officers must have had last Friday night.
Timothy Dwight College held its annual Exotic Erotic dance Fri., Sept. 15, in the TD courtyard and common room. The dance boasts that the less you wear, the less you pay for admission - three dollars fully clothed and a free ticket for the less inhibited. The last two years, however, no one has been getting in for free.
"The rule is that the Master didn't want any naked people at the dance. Those of us at the door told people coming in not to strip, and with the police presence, most people were more inclined to obey," organizer Lata Prabhakar, TD '97, said.
Prabhakar said that no one bared it all this year but people seemed to have fun anyway. "A lot had to do with the fact that it was so cold outside that people didn't come without clothes," Prabhakar said.
Thank goodness for the weather.
