As Dwight Hall enters its 110th year, the umbrella group for on-campus volunteer organization has set forth a new agenda for the spring semester.
According to Sandra Lee, ES '97, co-coordinator of Dwight Hall, Dwight's goals for this semester include helping the campus groups to become more involved with the New Haven community, starting workshops on safety awareness, and creating short-term volunteer projects.
In addition, Dwight Hall will be sending representatives to "COOL," a national conference held for college volunteers.
"Most importantly, however," Lee said, "we will be focusing our attention on enhancing and building better communication [amongthe groups]."
With its 110-year-old mission still intact, this spring's Dwight Hall will continue "to serve the community and advocate for positive social change."
