Timothy Dwight IMs

The Tyng Cup is so close to being within our grasp that we can taste it. With every win, we inch up behind JE. This is no surprise attack. They know we are coming-there's just nothing they can do about it.

TD, every game, hit, run, pass, goal, toss, out, and shot matters now. More than that, every player is crucial. We have potential this season, not just for wins and for shirts, but to take the whole thing home with us at the end. For the first time since '92-'93, the Tyng Cup will be returning to TD-and we are not going to shut up until you help us bring it home.

TD has not had many IM moments of late, with a quiet schedule last week and a snow storm foiling our plans for victory this Wednesday in both men's and co-ed softball, as well as co-ed soccer. It doesn't matter-we'll be ready to play as soon as spring finally arrives in New Haven. There have been a few notable moments, like Dave Freccero's '97 game-winning home-run, super-star sophomore Kathy Kunkle's '98 two sweet RBIs, having Margaret Hayden '98 and other sporty women join the men on the baseball diamond to pick up the slack for Silliman, the brilliance of our billiards team behind the leadership of captain Mike Agostini '96, and Albert Ko's '98 racquetball domination. Keep them coming TD; every one counts!
