On Sat., Sept. 7 at 1:57 p.m., a complainant observed an unknown subject taking his bicycle, which was hidden in some bushes a short distance away. Apparently the camoflauge paint-job failed in its purpose.
On Sun., Sept. 8, at 10:18 p.m., at Yale Station, a male complainant reported his keys were taken after being inadvertantly left in his open post office box. Incidentally, the complainant was later found yelling and waving a phone bill.
On Tues., Sept. 10, at 10:22 p.m., at the corner of Broadway and Elm Street, a male subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after being observed blocking traffic and aggressively panhandling. "Would you like to buy a flower for a dollar?"
