TD is back in full force after a week of glorious, victorious parties. Seas of red ran all over the IM fields, leaving everything in its path literally washed out.

TD co-ed football is off to a great start, under the careful leadership of Justin "Flo-Jo" Florence '00. Spectators who came out to watch the team's first victory over Davenport College witnessed a spectacular offensive performance from Jon "the big guy" Stern '00. On the defensive end, the TD pass-rush was unstoppable. The "Twin Towers," Yetsa and Ayi Tuakli-Wosornu '01-- how y'like them apples--already have our future opponents talking, while Bryn "The Bomb" Grogan '01 posted impressive numbers. Other colleges may have also seen Merrill "Slash" Dobson '00 throw, catch, and run her way into the end zone. TDers who came out to the team's second victory over Trumbull got a special treat, as Jamaal "I can work" Lesane '98 declared his football clinic open for the season.

The TD women's soccer team fared equally well. Opponents thought better of challenging us. The scrimmage that followed allowed Captain Leah "Deadeye" Dunay '00 to find her shooting range after early inaccuracy. Strong performances also came from Karen Westen '00 and Anne Kindermann '99. The men's soccer team split two tough games. The first was a win over an excellent Davenport team and the second a tight loss against an always talented Trumbull squad.

TD started the year in full effect at the Yale Golf Course under the supreme leadership of Eron Sturm '98. The powerhouse team of Greg "Tiger" Tigani '00, Dave "Fore" Bach '99, Lindsay "Looks hot in golf shorts" Wolter '00 and Jaime "The Slice" Teevan '98 combined to shoot par for the course. Snaps to all those who came to fight for the Tyng.

The weeks roll on and the points go up. As the most talented freshmen at Yale come out in red and the most talented upperclassmen at Yale step up to fill in for those who have gone, we gain momentum and become unstoppable. Ashé.
