Watch out for those eighteen-wheelers!

If you're like me, you love movies. But you sometimes have to admit that the best part of movie-going is not the movies; it's the trailers. (Remember Trailer Park on the Sci-Fi Channel? Those were the days.) Well, here for your viewing pleasure is Trailervision. No pesky Hollywood flicks here:

"In October of 1994, three student filmmakers disappeared in the woods near Burkittsville, Maryland while filming a documentary. One year later, Jar Jar Binks went after them."

So begins the chilling trailer for The Jar Jar Binks Project II. "So what?" you say. "It's nothing but another Blair Witch parody, right?" Yes, well, okay, I'll give you that. But I'll bet you haven't seen anything like the thrilling Run, Lolita, run, or experienced the phenomenal existentiality of IT. What about the movie that declares with demographically-enhanced arrogance I know what you'll want next summer? Heard of the heart-warming tale of the couple who get Switched during the climax (theirs, not the movie's)? Any of them sound like good movies? I won't say. But imagine what the trailers would be like... and that's what Trailervision is all about.

All you need is Apple's free Quicktime Player or plug-in (version 3 or better). Some of the trailers are also in RealVideo format.

So take a break from your busy schedule. Dress for the beach, have some ice-cream, and see the latest trailers for movies that haven't been made yet (and will not ever be made, if there's any justice in the world). Just hang on to your shades—it's a wild ride.
