Calhoun

In accordance with tradition, Calhoun slumbered through another winter of intramural competition. But spring is here and the 'Hounies are emerging from their dens just in time to defend their titles.

Despite the loss of our great Mormon, the coed volleyball team looks to have another championship season this spring. The team will be led by freshman phenoms Tatiana Jitkoff at setter and Lindsay Tracy at outside hitter. Tatiana will be looking to set up veteran Shirley Udekwu '00, returning star Josh Kriegman '02, and perhaps even Ugo Ude '01, if he shows up to games. Tatiana also hopes she will have a chance to hook up with Brian Carp '01 for a kill.

Ultimate frisbee will look to Adam Goldfarb '02 to lead the 'Houn to the promised land of Tyng glory for the second straight year. After losing all of its size to the Class of '99, Calhoun will have to rely on its speed (and good looks) this year. Roommates and bosom buddies John Hyman '01 and Dan Fleschner '01 look to lead the pack with the help of the Wills of High Street.

Finally, coed soccer looks to build on last season's second-place finish. Centered around a strong core of veterans, the 'Hounies will count on seniors Tony Lewis, Matt Shaddock, Alex McClain, and Tory Hammond to take the team the extra step to the championship.
