To prepare for the Ivy League tournament this weekend, (Sat., Apr. 8 to Sun., Apr. 9 in Newport, R.I.), the Dartmouth rugby team traveled to the West Coast to play in a tournament hosted by defending national champion Berkeley. After defeating Arizona in the semifinals Dartmouth fell to Berkeley in the finals. "Berkeley's a good team, but we proved that we are, too. We're confident we should win this weekend," Jamie Colligan '02 said.

Princeton Men's Hockey

After coaching Princeton for nine seasons, head coach Don "Toot" Calhoun resigned on Wed., Apr. 5 to take over the head coaching job at the University of Massachussets at Amherst. Under Calhoun, Princeton won the ECAC championship in 1998 and the Ivy League championship in 1999. Calhoun got to 100 wins faster than any coach in Princeton hockey history, and leaves only eight wins shy of the all-time record.
