Saybrook

Howdy, y'all! I think that I'll dedicate this article to a few of our heroes of the winter...Bjorn Herman: The frosh sensation of C-hoops, leader in scoring, rebounding, personal fouls, field goal percentage, and free throw percentage.

Carla Dane '99: Former varsity volleyball player turned stalwart intramuralist. She kept opponents scoreless for three periods of water polo, then went on to score herself in the fourth.

RissDogg '99, a.k.a. "The Terror of JE": with a hat trick in hockey and four goals in water polo against JE, the RissDogg's scoring potential is unlimited as he also helps lead B-hoops to a 6-1 mark.

Frosh roommates Liese Fritze and Deb Liptzin: both stand undefeated in women's squash competition, spurring SY to a quick three wins.

Bert Chan '00 and Len Law '98 "The Asian Invasion": ten goals in two games of water polo.

John Whipple '99 and Annie Eure '01: defenders extrodinaire.

"Da DKE Boys," Josh Mancell '00, Dan "All offense, no defense" Classen '00, and Doug Cullum '98 along with Matt Matros '99, Law, and Kevin "Nurr"-win '99 head toward a showdown with undefeated Morse for the B-hoops championships. "

Women's softball" basketball stars Kristen Gengaro '00 and Alice Liu '01 could certainly show some A teams a few things about outside shooting.
