After the football team handed the men of the 'Brook their first loss of the season, TD had thoughts of steamrolling the Moose men who already had a loss under their belt. Nevertheless, the Moose men were at full strength and ready to make TD say those famous last words: "Ashé(t)." Led by co-captains Mike "Elway" Hargis '00 and Si "Sigh" Chin '99, the Moose stunned TD by breaking out to a 20-0 lead in the first half, parting the Red Sea of shirts more times than Moses. Masterminding the offense were Grant "Donovan Bailey" Chavin '01 and Rashan "gimme the damn ball" Clark '00. They were supported by a superb cast of crazies: Dave "Morten Andersen" Barcelo '00, Marc "Oh, this ain't tackle football?" Hoffman '00, Dan "Camouflage" Hernandez '02, and Chris "Touchdown" Edwards '02.

The coed team fought tooth and nail, but finally succumbed to the Dark Side. Bolstered by captains Santi "Kewl" Deuwel '00 and Tad "Bad boy" Yanagi '00, the team dropped its first game of the year but are still on track for shirts (mmm...shirts). Abby "Damn she's good" Deering '00, Helen "Give 'em hel(l)" Chan '99, and Janice "Ace in the hole" Kim '99 gave the coed team that distinct female touch while Geoff "Hey she grabbed my breast" Suttle '00, Royce "I'm a singer and I'm okay" Chen '01, and Adam "I love my sweats" Seidman '00 provided that masculine flavor.

Sporting a 6-1 record (not to mention being first place in their division), the tennis teams have been absolutely dominant. The captains, including Josh "I broke the Naples mirror but I can still whip you in tennis" Frank '01 have been da bomb. But we also need to give a little shout out to Eliza "Lindsay Davenport" Park '01, Kristin "Red storm" Rising '01, Ximena "No, those aren't" Vidal"ia onions" '00, Stephanie "Plato" Sato '01, Hel, and Santi who always show up to beat up the other teams' women.

On the men's side of the court, Mike "I suck at everything...not" Gerber '01, Matt "I love it when the tennis team gives me 15 rackets to string in one night" McClure '99, Lex "No, I'm not a Barenaked Lady" Paulson '02, Hang "This" Lee '02, Karl "Nyuk nyuk nyuk" Muchantef '01, Scott "Not Marc" Hoffer '01, Justin "Not Berger" Davids '01, and Ameet "Not Ameer" Talwalker '02, all play damn tough.

Last, but not least, the cross country team finished 5-0 for men and 3-2 for women. The Moose will be in the Tyng Cup hunt all year long. Watch your back boys...
