Bear meet for Tigers

So much for predictions. Brown, a preseason favorite to challenge for the Ivy title, fell to Princeton 31-17 on Sat., Oct. 10, dropping its second league game in as many tries . A strong performance by Brown wideout Sean Morey '99, who caught 12 passes for 215 yards and two TDs, was not enough to overcome the Bears' six turnovers. With two league losses already, Brown (1-3) appear to be out of the championship hunt. The last time an Ivy champion had two league losses was in 1982, when three teams shared the title. Princeton sits alone atop the Ancient Eight standings at 2-0.
