Princeton field hockey
By shutting out Dartmouth 2-0 on Fri., Sept. 26, Princeton's field hockey
team, currently ranked No. 4 in the nation, garnered its 27th straight
Ivy League win. Beth Bozeman, who has coached the Tigers for the last 11 years,
is shooting for her 5th Ivy League title in as many years. Led by captain
Kirsty Hale '99, a 1997 All-American who scored her Princeton record 61st
career goal against Dartmouth, the team is 5-0 and has outscored its
competition 26-1. The Tigers will play Yale, ranked No. 18 nationally, on Sat.,
Oct. 3.
