Body building: Harvard athletics
If Michael Murr '73 ever thought he might have trouble
getting his children into his alma mater, he should fret no more. The
recently-opened 90,000 square foot Murr Center is the newest addition to
Harvard's athletic complex. The center is strategicically located next to both
the football stadiuim and the Soldiers Field athletic complex and is attached
to Blodgett Pool. The building contains 16 international-sized squash courts,
allowing the Crimson to host its first matches in three years. Additionally, it
contains a 5,500 square foot training center and a mural that tracks the
history of Harvard athletics.
