Big Green glory: Dartmouth cross country
At the New England Cross Country Championships held at
Franklin Park in Boston on Fri., Oct 16, both Big Green harrier teams finished
second. The men's squad, currently ranked No. 22 in the nation, was led by Don
Conrad '99, who finished third in the meet. The team placed ahead of 37 other
schools but lost to No. 8 Providence, 31-56. The Dartmouth women, ranked No. 17
nationally, did not disappoint either, placing ahead of 40 other teams. Annie
Devlin led the team by finishing in sixth place. The women also lost to the
Friars, who are ranked fourth nationally.
