Jonathan Edwards

To everyone's surprise, JE has broken out of the IM cellar to claim a solid 11th place and is looking to continue moving up the ladder. The freshmen have contributed greatly, particularly all-stars Sarah MacGregor, Aaron Lichtig, and Andy Stewart.

JE won its first volleyball game in a crucial season-ending match against Trumbull. Captain William McGrath '00 led the team with Aaron Lichtig '02, Annie Fishman '02, Shelly Shapiro '01, Seung Lee '00, Greg Goodman '00, Sam Stubblefield '00, and Maxime Ko '99 all contributing. JE proved once and for all that Trumbull is full of S(H)pIriT.

The women's soccer team, led by Jen Rodriguez '01, has had its ups and downs, but a 2-2 record belies the talent on the team. The tennis team, on the other hand, looks to win the championship. Hampered by injuries and scheduling conflicts, the top players had a tough time making it out for the game, but I pity those who will face Will McGrath '00, Walter Stern '01, Jessica Berg '00, and Tara Cronin '00.

In the past, "JE Sux" used to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, but now it will once again be our clarion call of doom for all in our IM path! See you all on the field.
