DavenportIt's finally second semester, and all those Davensports you've been missing are now in effect: coed water polo, squash, C-hoops, and bowling. And don't forget all the sports that continue from last semester, including women's hoops, led by Renee "Bigmouth" Wentzel '00. Thanks to Ally "Oop" Brundige '02, Chrissy "Call me Kareem" Kournioti '02, Lauren "Looming large" Schell '02, Zey"Nothing but"nep Betil '01, and Amy Shap"Hero" '99, this team is looking great coming back this January.Men's volleyball is also coming into its own with Ed "I got ups" Roggenkamp '00, Xander "D.S. is for Defensive Specialist" Dean '02 working his usual magic, and Ian "I own the right side" Robertson '01. Don't forget Michael "I was not in the net that time" Zimmer '01, J.P. "What nickname can you give to the guy who does it all?" Nogues '02, and of course Rod "Meet me after the game" Mobley '99. Men's C-hoops is getting a lot of attention these days, led by Simon "Who said you could touch my" Rodberg '00. The roster includes David "Stay out of my paint" Dickson '01, Xinglei "The Demonic Dribbler" Shen '01, Khalfani "I never played before" Garcia '01, J.D. "Who asked you to touch my" Wiley, Paul Ehrlich '00, and Malay "Jersey love" Patel '00. We'll see you in the House of Payne.
