TrumbullThe prophecy that was ridiculed by non-believers has been demonstrated to the heathen through the concrete action of Trumbull's great protector and lord most high. When the great, wise sage Saint Pedro Bandito spoke the words "We will turn Pierson into puny hos on the parquet," few registered the statement for the foreshadowing truth it was to become. On Tuesday night in Payne Whitney Gymnasium, the blessed flock of Bullites received direct confirmation that an incontrovertible power and force of justice is watching over them and driving them to triumph over the sinning hordes. The Lord God of Trumbull sent his savior in the form of Vinnie Wilhelm'00, who hit from downtown like the genetic regularity of a field of clover. We beat Pierson A-hoops! Time to find a new god, puny hos, 'cause we're movin' up.In other news, it seems that Edgar Smith '99 of men's C-hoops needs a few more playmates or whatever you call them. He's got some moves he wants to show you. Also, Kimbie Taylor '99 wants a few little suckers to swim for her. Meet her on Tue., Feb. 16th if you think you're willing to contribute to propagating the chosen race that is the Bull.
