WEEKEND EXCURSION

For the third year in a row, Film Fest New Haven brings Yale and Connecticut audiences a wide array of independent films by new directors. The festival begins Friday evening, runs all day Saturday, and concludes Sunday. Tickets cost between $5 and $10 and can be purchased at Best Video (in Hamden and the Yale Bookstore) and at the Arts Council of New Haven (70 Audubon St.). All showings are at York Square Cinema (55 Broadway), Whitney Humanities Center (53 Wall St.), or at the Little Theatre (1 Lincoln St.). York Square showings are listed below.
