Calhoun

"Ain't nothin' but a heartache...ain't nothin' but a mistake...Tell me why-eee?" phenom Tatiana Jitkoff '03 crooned about Calhoun's disappointing start to the volleyball season. Veteran Jocelyn Lin '02 still has faith. "Don't cha know I still believe! Hit me baby one more time!" she exclaimed.

Unlike volleyball, coed football couldn't maintain much optimism after its loss. "I was lying on the grass Thursday, indulging in my self-defeat," Angela Strom-Weber '03 whined, when asked how she took the loss. "They sure stole our sunshine," Jacob Taylor '03 agreed.

Men's soccer seems to be where our players are at. Every week they've responded to captain Dan Fleschner's '01 call to arms, "One, two, three-four-five, everybody's in the car so c'mon let's ride...to the IM fields around the corner...A little bit of Regan in my life, a little bit of Alex Kass by my side, a little bit Alexis is all I need, a little bit of Chiz is what I see..." Explaining the shortcomings of the ping-pong team this season, Alice "I like songs 18 months after they're popular" Ricks '01 said, "I get knocked down, but I get up again, you know they're never gonna keep me down!" But hey now, we're all-stars, we'll get our games on.
