1. SY men's soccer is the team to beat. After smoking Davenport 9-0 behind Miles "Happy" Haladay '02, Dylan "Re"Fuge"e All-Star" '01, "Highly Skilled" Kevin Proctor '03, and Fingermunch '00, we tied a potent Calhoun team. Powell "No Way" Jose '00 scored twice, and keeper Mike "The Brick Wall" Steffan '03 came up huge.

2. Women's soccer ain't too shabby. We've already matched last year's win total. A big shout-out to"Crazy" Candice Maldon-ado '03, Kate "The Missile" Kissel '01, Alia "Be watching you" Chisty '03, and "The" Mollie "Green Giant" Wojcik '03.

3. You might as well not even show up when scheduled to face our coed football squad. We rung up 50 points in our first game and followed with a 14-0 shutout over the 'Hounies. With the likes of Annette "I did it all for the" Saunooke"y" '03, captain Alice "Can I get a ride?" Liu '01, Louise "Terrell" Davis '03, Michelle "Not by the hair of my chinny chin" Chin '03, Natty "The Franchise" Bloom'00, Dave "Duck-billed" Plattner"pus" '00, "Kooky" Min-Kuk Song '03, and Ramsi Woodcock '01, we've been flawless.

4. Men's football has had some tough luck, but newcomers John "Smokin" Mochan '03, Kyle Gardner "Snake" '00, and Canadian Mike "Red," Wighton "Blue" '03 along with co-captain Mike "Buck Wild" Buchwald '00 are ready to step up.

5. SY volleyball is nasty. We've 3-0 thanks to captain Teri "Deep Purple" Hickey '00, Dan "Ace" Kelly '03, "Downeaster" Alexis Rieger '02, Bob "Atomic" Nussbaum '02, Nick "I almost went to" Brown '03, Collin "Beefcake" May '02, Manfred Fort "Lau"derdale '03, and "Ultra-talented" Rachel Gardner '00.

6. Ping-pong is off to a solid start. Captain Brian Abaluck"y Charms"'00, Whitney "Amazing" Grace '02, and Urvashi Sen"tinel" '01 came through with a 5-3 victory.

7. If you had our freshman class, you'd be thinking Tyng three-peat too. Ready or not, here we come.
