Pierson

Everyone best watch out...the PIMPS are back in town. After a summer hiatus from the wonderful world of intramurals, Pierson is back and ready for action. Although Pierson had a less than stellar 1999-2000 intramural season, the Piersonites are ready to dominate this year. It is true many quality PIMPS graduated and ended their IM careers, but Pierson still has a fierce crowd of returning IMers and a rowdy freshmen bunch to boot. The fall season should be a winning one for Pierson. As far as volleyball goes, other colleges might as well not even show up for the games so they can save themselves the embarassment—Pierson is a powerhouse. On top of that, Pierson has serious skills in both golf and table tennis (also known as ping pong). And, if more PIMPS are recruited for football, soccer, tennis and cross-country, Pierson will undoubtedly rake in major points and be well on their way to the Tyng when the fall season finishes.
