Even if you're not a big fan of her music, you've gotta love her
rich, gravelly voice. Macy Gray shot to the top of the pop charts
with her album "On How Life Is," which features such hit
songs as "I Try." Her music derives its style from R&B,
fusing catchy melodies, frequently funny lyrics, and great vocals. See
Gray in concert this Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Fox Theatre, attached to
Foxwoods Resort Casino, in Mashantucket, CT. The concert begins at 9 p.m.,
and tickets cost either $55 or $82.50, fairly steep, but well worth the

312-3352. For those of your who have never been to Foxwoods before to
indulge in some of the other forms of entertainment that they offer, to
get to the casino take I-95 North to Exit 92, then follow Route 2 West
until you arrive at the theatre. There will be various billboards and
signs along the way to guide you if you're unsure exactly where you're
headed. Don't miss Macy as she belts out the tunes just an hour from
New Haven.
