Although you could hardly tell from looking out the window, it is, in fact, spring. Setting the world record for most appearances in an IM update, coed soccer Captain "I smell sex and" Randy Wolfe '01 (c/o Marcy's Playground) leads to the field Elizabeth Chu "Lost that loving feeling" '04 (The Righteous Brothers), Mar- "You say goodbye and I say"-cello Mullings '04 (the Beatles), the Mac attack of "Throw your hands in the" Erin McGrath '01 (Outkast) and Ewan "Me baby ain't nothing but mammals" MacDougall '03 (Bloodhound Gang), and superstar Maceo "You say ah, I say revolution and" Montoya '02 (OAR) who scored Branford's first goal less than 20 seconds after entering the game.

Yeah, soccer, schmoccer. Didn't we already play soccer this year? It's March, and time for the Branford beerfest known as IM softball, coached by Captain Danny "Duke, duke, duke, duke of" Searle '01 (Gene Chandler) and joined by fellow homerun hitters Aaron "Did you happen to see" Zamost "beautiful girl in the world?" '01 (Johnny Mathis), and Matt "How can I be" Shirley '03 (the Partridge Family). Less we forget the super-talented right field that is Melissa "Mr. Exuberant, extravagant, extraordinary, exciting, exo with a little bit of" Extein '01 (Xzibit) and "I want to" V. "your sledgehammer" Stephanie Carendi '03 (Peter Gabriel), or other stars Nahyun Cho "the one that I want, you are the one I want, ooh ooh ooh" '03 (Grease), Joanna "When a" Manders "loves a woman" '01 (Michael Bolton), and strikeout king (and I don't mean as a pitcher) Justin "I wanna know what love is, and I" Vaughn "you to show me" '02 (Foreigner).
