Tigers and Bulls, oh my!

The Chicago Bulls recently signed former Princeton forward Steve Goodrich '98 after placing guard Bryce Drew on the injured list. Goodrich, who was Ivy League Player of the Year as a senior, scored 1,207 points during his impressive career at Princeton. He started every game and was First Team All-Ivy three times. In addition, he was a First Team All-ECAC and Associated Press honorable mention All-American. The 6'10" powerhouse helped lead the Tigers to two straight undefeated Ivy seasons. Goodrich appeared in seven preseason games with the Bulls, was released, and began playing in Italy for Olympia.

A fourpeat

Princeton's Julia Beaver '01 was named Ivy League Player of the Year for the fourth consecutive time. She is only the fourth woman in Ivy League history to win the WISA National Singles Champion title three times in a row. She was also given the Betty Richey Sportsmanship Award.
