Breaking News!
A committee of faculty members voted on Thurs., May 3 to recognize Martin Luther King Jr. Day as an official University holiday next year. According to the approved proposal, the classes ordinarily scheduled for the holiday would be held the Friday before.

President George W. Bush, DC '68, will be present at Yale's Commencement on Mon., May 21, after speaking at the University of Notre Dame's commencement, said Dennis Moore, director of public relations for Notre Dame.

Former Saybrook College master Antonio Lasaga has lost his appeal to retain tenure. The Yale Corporation announced on Mon., Apr 30, that it would uphold the University Tribunal's recommendation to fire Lasaga.
